Launching of Public Parking Management System of DHQ KPI

The Deputy Commissioner of Kangpokpi, Shri Mahesh Hiralal Chaudhari, IAS, inaugurated the Public Parking Management System at DHQ Kangpokpi today, turning the Independence Day announcement into a reality within just a few months.

In his address, the DC highlighted that the new system will significantly improve traffic management, help prevent accidents, and contribute to a cleaner and more organized town. He urged the public to follow the parking guidelines and acknowledged the efforts of the CEO, Police, and DTO in bringing the pilot project to fruition.

The DC shared his optimism for improved town management and emphasized that the coming weeks will help assess the system’s progress. He added that, if successful, the initiative will be extended to Motbung, Sapormeina, and Saikul in the next phase.

The launch marks an important step toward smarter and more efficient urban management in Kangpokpi.
